Рецепт Madeira Pound Cake

  • 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg, grnd
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Madeira or possibly cream sherry
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Pecans, finely minced
  • 3 c. Flour

Инструкции

  1. Cream together butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add in flour, baking pwdr and nutmeg alternately with the wine to the creamed mix. Mix well after each addition. Blend in minced pecans. Pour batter into well greased and floured Jumbo Bundt pan. Bake in 350-degree oven for 50-60 minutes. Cold cake in pan for 15 minutes. before turning out. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.
