- 1 lb Pasta, cooked, liquid removed and cooled
- 6 x Large eggs, (at least), beaten
- 2 c. Dry white wine
- 1 c. Onions, minced
- 1 tsp Louisiana warm sauce Salt, to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. Smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 c. Mushrooms, sliced
- 4 c. Or possibly more grated cheese, swiss, cheddar and Romano, mixed

- Grease casserole with extra virgin olive oil. Beat Large eggs, adding wine, then all seasonings to liquid. Mix all ingredients well. Put in casserole and top with yellow cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour.
