Ingredients: 2 c. Flour; 3 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 tsp Salt; 2 Tbsp. Sugar, optional; 1 x Egg; 3 x Bananas, mashed; 1/2 c. Lowfat milk; 1/4 c. Oil; 1 c. Blueberries; 1/4 c. Dry sour cherries

Ингредиенты

2 c. Flour
3 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp. Sugar, optional
1 x Egg
3 x Bananas, mashed
1/2 c. Lowfat milk
1/4 c. Oil
1 c. Blueberries
1/4 c. Dry sour cherries

Инструкции

1. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients (first 4)
2. In a smaller bowl, combine all other ingredients; stir well.
3. Pour banana mixtiure into dry ingredients and mix in till just combined. This is imporatnat.. don't stir, the batter should be lumpy !
4. Spray muffin tins with cookign spray, fill with batter to the top and bake at375 degrees for 20 min.
Notes: James really liked this version.. will try with more cherries next time.
