- 1/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Dash seasoned salt
- 1 (5 ounce.) can (about 1 c. lobster), flaked
- 3 tbsp. sauterne

- Heat cream cheese over low heat, stirring constantly. Blend in mayonnaise, garlic, onion, mustard, sugar, and salt. Stir in lobster and cooking sauterne; heat through. Makes 1 3/4 c.. Serve warm with Melba toast and assorted crackers.
