- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2 c. Shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper sauce
- 1/3 c. Dry white wine
- 5 ounce Lobster cut into small pcs (you can use canned but drain well)
Инструкции
- Serve this warm cheese dip and offer crisp cracker dippers.
- Heat butter in pan over low heat. Gradually add in and stir in cheese till cheese is melted. (Cheese butter mix may appear separated.) Add in red pepper sauce; slowly add in wine, stirring till mix is smooth. Add in lobster; stir till heated.
- Makes about 1 1/2 c..
