- 2 cans tuna in water
- 6 ounce. hard cheese, grated
- 3 hard boiled Large eggs, whites only
- 1/4 c. mushrooms
- 1/4 c. green pepper, minced
- 1/4 c. onions, minced
- Salt, pepper and garlic pwdr to taste
- 1/2 c. lo-cal Italian dressing
- 16 slices thinly sliced bread

- Mix all ingredients together and spread on 8 slices of bread. Add in tops and wrap separately in foil and freeze. Bake 325 degrees for 30 min. Loosen foil for even baking.
