- 1/4 c. Whipping cream
- 1/4 c. Fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp Grated lime peel
- 6 ounce White chocolate, minced
- 3/4 c. Chilled whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 c. Sliced hulled strawberries
- 2 x Kiwi fruit, peeled, thinly sliced
- 4 whl strawberries
- 4 x Lime slices

- Bring first 3 ingredients to simmer in heavy small saucepan. Reduce heat to low. Add in chocolate and stir till melted and smooth. Pour into medium bowl.
- Chill till cold but not set, stirring occasionally, about 25 min.
- Beat 3/4 c. chilled cream in another medium bowl to soft peaks. Add in sugar and beat till stiff. Fold cream into white chocolate mix.
- Place 1/4 c. sliced berries in each of 4 8- to 10-ounce wine-glasses or possibly tall glass dessert bowls. Press 3 kiwi slices against sides of each glass. Spoon 1/3 c. cream mix into each glass. Spoon 1/4 c. sliced berries in center of each, pressing into center so berries don't show at sides of glasses. Spoon remaining cream over; smooth tops. Cover and refrigerateat least 2 and up to 6 hrs.
- To serve, using small knife, make lengthwise cuts in whole strawberries without cutting through stem ends. Fan 1 strawberry atop each dessert.
- Attach lime slice to rim of each glass.
