  • 1 x - 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely minced
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 ml) red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. (45 ml) extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste
