Рецепт Lemon Thym Swordfish
This turned out light and delicious, very moist.
Ингредиенты
- 3 (6-ounce) swordfish steaks, 1/2-inch thick, skin removed
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 shallots, thinly sliced
- 1cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon coarse mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 or 4 sprigs of fresh thyme, minced
- Freshly ground pepper
Инструкции
- Mix lemon juice, mustard, garlic, olive oil, thyme and pepper into small bowl and whisk. Add in the shallot then pour over the sword fish, let marinade for about a half hour at room temperature.
- Put 1 Tbsp butter into a frying pan over medium high heat. When the butter is good and hot but not browning, add the swordfish steaks. Cook on both sides until cooked through.
