- 2 cups shallots, minced
- 1/2 cup garlic, minced
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped, remove from stem
- 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 8 oz butter, unsalted, cut into cubes
- salt and pepper
Инструкции
- In a saucepan, combine the shallots, garlic, wine, and lemon. Bring the liquid up to a boul.
- Stir in the dill and cook for 3 minutes.
- Whisk in the mustard and cream, continue to cook for 2 minutes.
- Whisk in the butter one cube at a time, until all the butter is incorporated.
- Season with salt and pepper.
