- 1 pkt Yellow cake mix with pudding, (18.5 oz)
- 1 1/4 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 3/4 c. Egg Beaters Healthy Real Egg Substitute
- 2 Tbsp. Grated lemon peel
- 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
- 2 tsp Water, (2 to 3 tsp.)
- 1 c. Sliced strawberries
Инструкции
- 1.Mix cake mix, water, yogurt, Egg Beaters and lemon peel at low speed of electric mixer till moistened.
- 2.Beat 2 min at high speed.
- 3.Pour into well greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
- 4.Bake at 350iF for 40 to 50 min or possibly till done. Cold in pan on wire rack for 30 min. Remove from pan; cold completely.
- 5.Blend powdered sugar and 2 to 3 tsp. water till smooth; drizzle over cake. To serve, fill center ring of cake with strawberries; garnish cake with lemon zest if you like.
