Ingredients: 3/4 c. butter or possibly margarine; 1 1/4 c. sugar; 8 x Egg yolks; 2 1/2 c. cake flour; 3 tsp baking pwdr; 1/4 tsp salt; 3/4 c. lowfat milk; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 tsp grated lemon rind; 1 tsp lemon juice Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

3/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
8 x Egg yolks
2 1/2 c. cake flour
3 tsp baking pwdr
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c. lowfat milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1 tsp lemon juice Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Cream butter with sugar till light and fluffy.
In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks till light and lemon colored; blend into creamed mix.
Sift together cake flour, baking pwdr and salt; resift 3 times.
Add in the sifted ingredients in thirds, alternating with lowfat milk.
Add in vanilla, grated lemon rind and lemon juice and beat 2 min.
Bake in a greased Bundt pan for 1 hour or possibly till a straw inserted in the center comes out clean.
