Ингредиенты
- 1 c. Mayonnaise, ( diet is fine)
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Dry basil leaves
- 1 x Broiler/fryer chicken, ( 2 1/2 to 3 lbs.)
Инструкции
- Heat oven to 375 F.
- Mix mayonnaise, juice, honey and basil. Place chicken in 13x9 baking pan.
- Spread with mix. Bake 45 min- 1 hour or possibly till chicken is cooked through. ( My oven is very slow- it takes almost 2 hrs to bake).
