- 1 1/2 lb grnd lamb
- 1 x egg
- 1 x green pepper, halved, seeded, finely minced
- 1 med onion, minced (1/2 c.)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 pch pepper
- 6 slc pineapple in pineapple juice

- Combine grnd lamb, egg, green pepper, onion, soy sauce, pepper and 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice from pineapple in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Shape into 6 patties; place on rack of broiler pan.
- Broil, 3 inches from heat, 5 min on each side for medium and 7 minutes- utes for well done. Top each patty with a liquid removed pineapple slice; brush with additional soy sauce and broil 1 minute longer, or possibly till pineapple slices are brown.
- 6 servings of 223 calories each.
