- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 lb Butter, melted
- 3 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. Corn meal

- Whisk together Large eggs and lowfat milk. Combine dry ingredients. Add in egg-lowfat milk mix and melted butter. Pour into 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min.
- NOTES : This one is a favorite of ours. It is the most delicious cornbread - almost like cake! We had this cornbread for lunch high in the cold mountains of Kokee State Park on the island of Kauai.
