Ingredients: 1 pkt frzn minced broccoli (10 once) thawed and liquid removed; 1 sm onion minced; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine melted; 1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese; 1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 pkt corn bread mix (8 1/2 oz); 4 x Large eggs lightly beaten

Ингредиенты

1 pkt frzn minced broccoli (10 once) thawed and liquid removed
1 sm onion minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine melted
1/2 c. small curd cottage cheese
1/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp baking soda
1 pkt corn bread mix (8 1/2 oz)
4 x Large eggs lightly beaten

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan or possibly 8 inch layer pan.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, onion, salt, butter, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, baking soda, corn bread mix and Large eggs just till mixed completely. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake 30 min, or possibly till done. Serve warm or possibly at room temperature. s erves 9
