Ingredients: 3 lb frzn peas rinsed in warm water but not thawed; 2 c. sweet pickle chips minced; 1 c. diced red bell peppers; 2 c. diced celery; 12 x hard-boiled Large eggs, whites only sliced; 1/2 c. finely-minced onions; 1 c. cubed American cheese; 4 c. mayonnaise; 1/4 c. sugar; 1/4 c. minced sweet pickle chips; 1 Tbsp. diced red bell pepper

Ингредиенты

3 lb frzn peas rinsed in warm water but not thawed
2 c. sweet pickle chips minced
1 c. diced red bell peppers
2 c. diced celery
12 x hard-boiled Large eggs, whites only sliced
1/2 c. finely-minced onions
1 c. cubed American cheese
4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. minced sweet pickle chips
1 Tbsp. diced red bell pepper

Инструкции

In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients. In a separate bowl mix dressing ingredients. Add in to salad mix and gently toss.
This recipe yields 4 pounds.
Yield: 4 pounds
