- 1 c. Knotts Berry Farm Boysenberry Syrup
- 1 c. Water
- 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 2 x Egg yolks
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 x Nilla Wafer pie crust
- 2 x Egg whites
- 1 Tbsp. Knotts Berry Farm Boysenberry Syrup

- Combine syrup, water, and corstarch and bring to a boil, stirring till thick. Remove from heat. Beat egg yolks, add in a bit of the warm syrup mix to the yolks, whisking constantly. Add in the yolk mix to the warm syrup and reheat till pudding consistency. Add in the butter, and stir till melted. Cold slightly. Pour into pie crust. Beat egg whites stiff, adding slowly the Tbsp. of syrup. If soft peaks don't form, add in a little more syrup. Pile on pie and place in 400 F oven till peaks have browned.
