- 32 ounce tomato sauce
- 1 lrg can tomato paste
- 1 c. dry parsley
- 1/2 tsp oregano

- Brown meat, onions and garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Drain and add in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1-1/2 hrs.
