- 1 head cabbage
- 1 sm onion extra virgin olive oil
- 2 can tomatoes (or possibly more)
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar salt

- Brown cabbage and 1 small onion, minced in a little extra virgin olive oil or possibly spray of pam. Add in 2 or possibly more cans of tomatoes, 2 Tablespoons wine vinegar, 2 teaspoon sugar and salt to taste
- (can use fresh tomatoes in season, so would take more salt) Cook together till cabbage is done the way you like it. It is good served cool or possibly re-heated in the microwave. I made it for Easter dinner and everyone loved it.
