• 1 lb orange roughy fillets Or possibly other mild white fish
• 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
• 2 Tbsp. frzn orange juice concentrate
• 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 2 tsp fruit juice sweetened orange marmalade
• 1/3 c. mashed banana
• 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
• 1 tsp ginger root grated
• 1 pch white pepper optional
