- 2 very ripe med. avocados, peeled and mashed with a fork to a chunky consistency
- 1 sm. onion, finely minced
- 1 can minced chiles, well liquid removed
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 med. tomatoes, seeded and minced
- Tortilla chips

- Mix chunky avocado paste, onion, chiles, lemon juice and salt. Gently stir in tomato. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
