2 very ripe med. avocados, peeled and mashed with a fork to a chunky consistency 1 sm. onion, finely minced 1 can minced chiles, well liquid removed 1 T lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt 2 med. tomatoes, seeded and minced Tortilla chips

1. Mix chunky avocado paste, onion, chiles, lemon juice and salt. Gently stir in tomato. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
