- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 scoop vanilla or possibly chocolate ice cream
- 1 x bittersweet chocolate bar
- 4 lrg marshmallows

- Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press 1/4 of the crumbs into the bottom of 4 dessert c., lining the sides and bottom of each c.. Fill c. with vanilla or possibly chocolate ice cream. Shave curls of bittersweet chocolate over c. using a vegetable peeler.
- Thread marshmallows on to a metal skewer. Hold the skewer over a burner at high heat and toast the marshmallows. Top each c. with a toasted marshmallow and serve.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
