- 15 ounce Chickpeas
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/4 c. Onion, minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

- Drain the chick peas, reserving 1/2 c. of the liquid. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor. Process till smooth, adding the reserved liquid if needed to thin the mix.
- Chill for several hour before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
