- 8 ounce. cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- Freshly grnd pepper (or possibly regular pepper) to taste
- Salt to taste
- 30 small bread squares toasted
Инструкции
- Toast a piece of bread and remove crusts and divide into 4 squares. Preheat broiler. Mix the cream cheese, egg, onion and pepper together. Mashing them well with a fork. Add in salt. Spread generously on toasted bread and run under broiler till puffed and lightly browned. Serve at once.
