- 8 lrg lowfat graham crackers (2-1/2 x 5-inch)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. diet margarine cut into pcs
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey

- Break the crackers in pcs, and place in the bowl of a food processor or possibly ina blender. Process into fine crumbs. Measure the crumbs. There should be1-1/4 c..
- Return the crumbs to the food processor, and add in the margarine or possibly butter and the honey. Process till moist and crumbly.
- Coat a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Use the back of a spoon topress the crumbs against the sides and bottom of the pan, forming an even crust. Periodically dip the spoon in sugar to prevent sticking.
- Bake the pie shell at 350 degrees for 10 mintues, or possibly till the edges feel hard and dry. Cold the crust to room temp and fill as desired.
