  • 1 pkg. lemon Jello (sm. box)
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 sm. bell pepper, minced
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 2-3 tbsp. vinegar
  • Sm. amount mustard (about 1 tbsp.)
  • 3/4 c. vegetable juice (add in water if not sufficient from peas and carrots)
