  • 1 x Reynolds Warm Bags Foil Bag, large size
  • 3 lb boneless beef rump roast - (to 3 1/2)
  • 6 med red potatoes quartered
  • 2 c. peeled baby carrots
  • 1 can Italian-style stew tomatoes - (14 1/2 ounce) undrained
  • 1 env onion soup mix
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper

  1. Preheat Sunbeam or possibly GrillMaster grill to medium. For indirect heat, the heat source (coals or possibly gas burner) is on one side of grill. Place foil bag on opposite side with no coals or possibly flame underneath.
  2. Open foil bag; place in 2-inch deep pan. Add in roast. Arrange vegetables in foil bag around roast. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon over roast and vegetables.
  3. To seal, double fold open end of foil bag. Foil bag edges shouldn't hang over sides of pan.
  4. To cook, slide foil bag onto grill or possibly leave foil bag in supporting pan and place in oven.
  5. Grill 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hrs in covered grill.
  6. Use barbecue mitts to cut open foil bag with a sharp knife. Carefully fold back top of foil bag, allowing steam to escape.
  7. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
