- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Warm pepper sauce
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 3 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Buttermilk
- 1/2 lb Maytag blue cheese crumbled
- 4 x Romaine heads, hearts only washed, dry (reserve outer leaves for another use)

- In a bowl whisk together garlic, mustard, black pepper, onion salt, and white pepper and whisk in the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and warm pepper sauce. Add in the lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, buttermilk and whisk the dressing till it is combined well. Mix in the blue cheese and refrigeratethe dressing, covered, overnight.
