- 1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 c. oat, bran
- 1/2 c. wheat, germ
- 2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1 c. apple sauce
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 2 c. frzn blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 tsp vanilla, extract
- 2 x egg, whites, only
- 3/4 c. maple syrup
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Gently stir blueberries into dry mix.
- In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients.
- Gently combine both bowls, but do not over mix.
- Spoon into greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 25 min or possibly till golden.
- These muffins are perfect energy snacks for a cool winter's day.
