- 2 Tbsp. BROWN SUGAR
- 1 c. CHABBLIS WINE Or possibly DRY SHERRY
- 1 Tbsp. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 3 Tbsp. STEAK SAUCE
- 32 ounce MEXICAN CHILI BEANS

- IN A SKILLET Saute/fry ONION AND GREEN PEPPER IN BUTTER Till ONION IS TRANSPARENT. Add in MEAT AND BROWN. DRAIN WELL. PLACE IN A LARGE POT. MASH Warm CHILI BEANS AND Add in TO MEAT. STIR IN TOMATOES, CHILI Pwdr, CELERY SALT, GARLIC Pwdr, CUMIN, WINE, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE AND STEAK SAUCE. SIMMER 1 HOUR, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. Add in MEXICAN STYLE BEANS. STIR I AND HEAT Till Hot.
