- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 med. size onion, minced
- 1 can golden brown mushroom soup
- 1 (15 ounce.) can green beans, liquid removed
- Instant mashed potatoes (sufficient for 8 servings)
- Velveeta cheese (sufficient slices to cover top of casserole)

- Brown the meat and onions together, drain. Add in the soup and liquid removed green beans to the meat mix. Make the mashed potatoes according to instructions on box. Put meat, soup and green bean mix into a baking dish. Pile potatoes on top, layer slices of cheese on top of potatoes.
- Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 20 min or possibly till cheese is bubbly and just beginning to brown.
