- 2 tbsp. oil
- 4 green onions, cut into 1 inch pcs
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. carrots, cut into strips
- 1 med. green pepper, cut into 1 inch sq.
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can mushroom gravy
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon grnd red pepper
Инструкции
- In skillet over medium heat, cook onions, celery, carrots and green pepper in warm oil till tender-crisp, stirring often. Remove vegetables to bowl. In same skillet, cook beef till browned. Stir in gravy, soy sauce, ginger and red pepper. Add in cooked vegetables. Heat to boiling. Serve over rice.
