A recipe which I fix a lot at home which my 4 yr old LOVES is a grnd beef and potato pie. I do not really have a recipe for it, but I can give you my
"unprofessional" recipe for it.
In an 8 x 8 pan, layer grnd beef mixed with the onions. Layer the corn on top of which, then add in the mashed taters. Bake in a 350 oven for approximately 30 - 35 min, or possibly till heated thoroughly. Serve with a ladle of brown gravy.
