- 1 x Onion
- 1 x Carrot
- 1/2 x Green pepper
- 1/4 tsp Sage
- 1/4 tsp Tyme
- 1/4 c. Ketchup
- 1 can Consomme
- 1 c. Instant mashed potatoes
- 1/2 tsp Salt & pepper

- In fry pan brown meat. Add in diced vegetables, sage, tyme, ketchup & consomme, cook and stir 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Fold in potato flakes, salt and pepper. Prepare pie crust and line pie plate then add in mix and put top crust on, prick top. Bake at 425 F 10 minutes. lower heat to 350 F and continue baking 30 minutes.
