- 16 ounce Peaches, sliced, w or possibly wo jui
- 1/2 c. Peach schnappes
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Orange juice
- 1 x Yellow cake mix
- 1 pkt Vanilla pudding, small
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2/3 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 c. Pecans, minced
- 1/4 c. Reserved liquid
- 1 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
Инструкции
- Combine first four ingredients in aglass container. Cover for 24 hrs.
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, Large eggs, oil, pecans, 1 c. soaked, minced peaches and 1/2 c. liquid. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 40 min. Glaze cake while hot.
- GLAZE: Mix liquid and sugar and pour over warmcake.
