- 2 Tbsp. grnd cumin
- 1 Tbsp. grnd paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp grnd ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp grnd coriander
- 1 tsp grnd black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x (1 lb) boneless rib-eye steaks (each about 1 1/4 inches thick), trimmed
- 8 x wedges lemon
Инструкции
- Blend first 6 ingredients in small bowl. Fold in oil to create smooth paste. Rub mix over steaks. Transfer to baking pan. Cover; refrigerateat least 3 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat). Sprinkle steaks with salt. Grill to desired doneness, about 5 min per side for medium-rare. Place on cutting board; let stand 4 min. Cut steaks into 1/2 inch-thick diagonal slices.
- Transfer to platter. Sprinkle with salt. Serve with lemon. Bon Appetit!!
