- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. minced fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. coarse grain Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 6 slc lemon
- 1 dsh black pepper
- 4 x 10 ounce cooked lobster tail
Инструкции
- In a small bowl, whisk together oil, dill, ginger, garlic, mustard, and black pepper.
- Crack lobster shells and reveal flesh (do not take all the way out of shell)
- Drizzle vinaigrette over lobster, place lemon slices over flesh side, cover, and marinate for 1/2 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium high and lightly oil grill rack. Cook lobster for 2 minutes on each side or possibly till heated through and grill marks appear.
