- 5 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 x Cloves Crushed Garlic Salt and Pepper to Taste

- Heat butter and fold in above ingredients, except salt and pepper. Marinate steak in mix for approximately 1 hour. Remove from marinade and place directly over warm charcoal grill. Don't dry. Turn steak once and baste several times with marinade. Salt and pepper to taste.
