Ingredients: 2 doz green tomatoes; 1 lb Raisins; 2 c. Brown sugar, packed; 1 Tbsp. Grnd ginger; 1 tsp Grnd cloves; 1 tsp Grnd nutmeg; 2 x Oranges; 1 doz large apples; 2 c. White sugar; 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon; 1 Tbsp. Salt; 1 tsp Allspice; 3 Tbsp. Vinegar

Ингредиенты

2 doz green tomatoes
1 lb Raisins
2 c. Brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp. Grnd ginger
1 tsp Grnd cloves
1 tsp Grnd nutmeg
2 x Oranges
1 doz large apples
2 c. White sugar
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 tsp Allspice
3 Tbsp. Vinegar

Инструкции

Using a meat grinder, grind oranges (with peeling) and raisins. Grind the tomatoes and apples. Combine all ingredients. Put into qt jars and cool pack 20 to 30 min to seal. Can bring mix to a boil and boil for a few min. Cold and freeze.
