Ingredients: 1 c. Lowfat milk; 2 c. Sugar; 2 Tbsp. Cocoa (heaping); 1/8 c. Butter (2 tbsp); 1 dsh Vanilla; 1 pch Salt

Ингредиенты

1 c. Lowfat milk
2 c. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Cocoa (heaping)
1/8 c. Butter (2 tbsp)
1 dsh Vanilla
1 pch Salt

Инструкции

Boil first four ingreds. till it balls in cool water (soft ball stage). Add in large pat butter, drop in vanilla & healthy pinch salt. Beat till spoon makes a track in it. Pour in buttered pan and let it harden.
REMARKS:Simple fudge wisdom... Dag Nabit Jed! The Fudge didn't set! Git me some more o'which refined sugar! Honestly, this is an simple recipe but you might have to boil for some time. The ratio of sugar to liquid is 2 to 1, I might increase the amount of sugar to 2-3/4 c. or possibly even 3 c.. Alternatively, you could use the "glue of fudge" and add in 1/3 c. corn syrup. Use whole lowfat milk - preferable from a cow.
