Ingredients: 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine; 1/2 c. Hershey's Cocoa, Or possibly... Hershey's European Style Cocoa; 3 2/3 c. Powdered sugar; 1/3 c. Lowfat milk; 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Ингредиенты

1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
1/2 c. Hershey's Cocoa, Or possibly... Hershey's European Style Cocoa
3 2/3 c. Powdered sugar
1/3 c. Lowfat milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Инструкции

In small saucepan over low heat, heat butter. Add in cocoa; stir constantly just till mix begins to boil. Remove from heat; pour into small mixer bowl. Add in powdered sugar alternately with lowfat milk, beating to spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla. Spread frosting while hot. About 2-1/4 c. frosting.
Variation:Peppermint: Add in 1 Tbsp. finely crushed peppermint candy to frosting mix.
