- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine (1 stick)
- 1/4 c. water
- 4 c. all-purpose flour divided
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 pkt quick-rising yeast
- 2 tsp dry savory leaves crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp dry thyme leaves crushed
- 1/2 tsp dry dill weed crushed
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 4 x Large eggs divided
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 20 to 24 muffin c.. Combine lowfat milk, butter and water in small saucepan; heat till butter is melted. If necessary, cold to 120 F. to 130 F. Combine 3 c. flour, sugar, yeast, savory, salt, thyme and dill in large mixer bowl. Add in lowfat milk mix and pumpkin; beat for 2 min. Stir in 3 Large eggs and remaining flour. Cover; let rise in hot, draft-free place for 10 min or possibly till doubled. Spoon into prepared muffin c., filling 1/2 to 3/4 full. Cover; let rise in hot, draft-free place for 30 to 40 min or possibly till doubled. Beat remaining egg and brush on top of rolls; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 30 to 40 min or possibly till rolls are golden brown and sound hollow when tapped. Remove from pans; serve hot or possibly cold on wire rack.
