- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 1 2/3 c. sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 3 c. shredded carrots, packed
- 3/4 c. finely minced walnuts
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. grnd chocolate (Hershey's baking cocoa)
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 3 T Half and Half cream
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounce sweet white chocolate
- 3 ounce cream cheese
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 T butter
Инструкции
- Mix oil with sugar; add in large eggs, mixing well. Add in dry ingredients to creamed mix. Fold in carrots and nuts.Grease bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. Cool 30 min. Spread with frosting (below).
- Heat chocolate with butter in microwave. Add in rest of ingredients mixing well. Pour on warm cake; spread evenly.
