- 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. orange juice
- 1 tsp. white vinegar

- Place garlic and vinegar in jar. Allow to sit 10 min. This takes the "edge" off the garlic and makes it less sharp.
- Add in remaining ingredients and shake well.
- Makes 1/4 c. - 6 calories per Tbsp.
