- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 3 c. whipping cream
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2-3 drops red food color

- Sweeten fresh peaches to taste. Combine peaches and lemon juice. In a large bowl. Combine lowfat milk, whipping cream, sugar, vanilla and almond extract and salt. Add in peaches. Stir in food color. Chill. Churn. Freeze. Yield: 1 gallon.
