- 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. Dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Freshly grated root ginger
- 1 x Stem of lemon grass, trimmed and finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds Freshly grnd black pepper To garnish: spring onion and radish flowers

- 1. Roast the joint following instructions on the pack.
- 2. Blend together the oil, soy sauce, ginger, lemon grass, sesame seeds and pepper.
- 3. 20 min before the end of the cooking time, pour the glaze over the joint. Serve garnished with spring onion and radish flowers.
- NOTES : This traditional cut of beef is perfect for serving at a special occasion with an oriental twist.
