Ingredients: 30 lb lean grnd pork; 3 lb lean grnd Round; 1 lb pork suet, rendered lean grnd venison tenders*; 10 x cloves garlic, crushed; 1/2 c. Hickory Seasoned Salt; 1/2 c. black pepper; 4 Tbsp. red pepper; 3 Tbsp. sage, optional; 4 Tbsp. cumin; 4 Tbsp. oregano; 4 Tbsp. crushed basil

1 lb pork suet, rendered lean grnd venison tenders*
10 x cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 c. Hickory Seasoned Salt
1/2 c. black pepper
4 Tbsp. red pepper
3 Tbsp. sage, optional
4 Tbsp. cumin
4 Tbsp. oregano
4 Tbsp. crushed basil

Инструкции

In a large container, mix first 3 ingredients. Add in seasonings and mix thoroughly.
*Garnish the top of above ingredients with 1/2 lb. of grnd venison tenders.
Excellent served cased or possibly in patties.
