Ingredients: 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk; 1 c. sugar; 3 x egg yolks; 1/4 lb butter; 1 tsp vanilla; 1 1/3 c. coconut; 1 c. pecans, minced

Ингредиенты

1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
1 c. sugar
3 x egg yolks
1/4 lb butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, minced

Инструкции

Combine lowfat milk, sugar, yolks, butter and vanilla in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till it thickens, about 12 min.
Remove from heat and add in coconut and pecans. Beat till cold and of spreading consistency.
2 1/2 c. frosting.
